This book gives children, teachers and parents ideas for how to introduce more mindful moments into their lives. The book is broken into six sections: Mindful Breathing, Mindful Listening, Mindful Looking, Mindful Emotions, Mindful Awareness, and Mindful Appreciation. Each section includes advice as well as practical activities. There are also one-minute exercises that are perfect for teachers and parents and children with short attention spans.

Begin the day with some affirmations, aspirations and positivity. Take a moment at lunchtime to engage in mindful eating. Re-energize after lunch with some simple stretches. Release tension in the evening with deep breaths and mindful decluttering to help you sleep.

Soft, sensitive illustrations will add to the mood of calm.
