Eddie Collins and Carla Rizzoli, his significant other, are involved in a drive-by shooting on Hollywood Boulevard. Subsequent investigation leads to the suspicion that the incident may have been an attempt to prevent him from testifying against four pornographers, whose arrest several months prior was the result of Eddie's investigation.
