Martial-arts sensation Jeff Speakman plays a drifter who returns home only to find out that his old mentor and family friend is harassed and threatened daily by the Korean mafia. Days after his return, his mentor is murdered by the syndicate's top henchmen and assassin Tanaka (Toru Tanaka).
